SIM card has not arrived

I ordered my SIM card on September 8th and it still has not arrived (7 weeks later).

That is way too long for mail to arrive. Contact agent and ask for replacement. Try to arrange delivery to post office. Mail could be lost or stolen.

If you’re in a rush I’d call a Telus or Koodo store and pick it up there. Hopefully you get one soon. Good luck! 😊
