It's been over 15 days and I still don't have my SIM card.

@Annster  Is it 15 business days?  If so you need to contact customer service, if the chat icon bottom right doesn't work for you to open a support ticket you can send them a private message using this link

Support may suggest you get a sim from a Telus/Koodo store or Amazon and reimburse you, you can check that with them.
