Hi. I signed up for the new $29/10gb data plan on Black Friday and ordered a SIM card to be mailed to be. I still have not received it. How can I get someone to check into It?

My point was how since parcels are delivered on weekends, faster delivery times could also spread to lettermail because of increased staffing.

this time of year, getting SIM cards can take several weeks when relying on postal delivery and Public Mobile would have no knowledge of where it is in transit.
I've always found Canada Post to be faster during the holiday season. This is likely because of increased staffing levels and delivery of parcels on the weekends.
