I bought a SIM card this morning and suddenly it’s been refunded.  Why?

Hmmm, that is weird! Plans and SIMs are non refundable. If the refund is in your CC statement to confirm…I would leave it.

PM had a one day promo for free SIM early this year.

Check your mastercard online statement.  Make sure that payment went through and then it was refunded.  Potential issue with payment?  Pending charge did not go through?

it might not be bad, you can either submit a ticket with PM agent and ask or rebuy from elsewhere

Honest, PM could take 3 weeks to deliver sim card,  I would re-buy from Telus or Koodo shop to get it right a way or order from Amazon for quicker shipping

That is unusual.  How did you find out that it was refunded?  Online credit card statement?  Email from Public mobile?

@TS71  That is strange as SIM cards are typically non refundable . But if you need one sooner order one Amazon or call around to local Telus Koodo store for availability
