Looking to get some help with this, I ordered a SIM card + 1 GB Data plan on July 1st, I got an email stating payment was complete, SIM would ship out within 2 days (I understand the holiday); when coming here to inquire about it, it asked for an order number which doesn't exist in the only email I have from Public Mobile.
It's now July 15th with no SIM card and no emails.

It's normal considering it's free shipping ( canadapost letter ). And canadapost doesn't work in holidays and weekends. 3 calendar weeks and you should get it.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect
