@candacesask   are you sure those are not incoming calls or incoming text?

do you mind to provide screenshots of some of those unknown number usage?

and there are explanation for at least three numbers:

474663

you are using iPhone?  It is a a text for iMessage and facetime to enable on the current phone

212121

it is a text message for Forever21.   you remember getting text from them?

1-877-779-1575

this is TekSavvy.  You use their internet service?

or they called you for marketing?

@candacesask - does the number you do not recognize end in 4001? That would be your voicemail phone number. Any time someone calls it or you check your voicemail it would show up in your detail history.

As for not receiving short codes and calls being dropped that is another issue, I think.

Can you try your SIM card into another compatible phone to see if the issue persists?

Some trouble shooting to try for network/SIM issues:

  • restart your phone
  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
  • remove the SIM card and try it into another phone to see it if works. Move back to your phone and test.
  • perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
  • Check for outages in your area:

EDIT, is this for a newer activation account/number, OR an existing one that this happened all of a sudden?

If there are other phone numbers that you are sure are not being made or received in your detailed history, OR, you continue with service issues, you may want to inquire with a CSA about it.
