I second this, whether you pick up or get it shipped it is much quicker. If you go this route you can reach out to a CSA for a refund or have them put the cost of the sim from PM into your available balance.

It usually takes 2-3 weeks (or longer - covid is excuse) to receive it.
You can inquire with the agent but I bet you will get the same answer. SIMs are sent by regular mail so I doubt there is a tracking umber.

If you're in GTA, get ahold of these folks...
SIM is only $3 and they offer curbside pickup.

@brownkm sim card order from PM online could take as many as 3 weeks. Yes it is slow. If you need one urgently, check mobile stores around you. If you activate with them, they will likely give you the sim for free anyway
