SIM Card is not working

I just transferred my number from Lucky Mobile to Public Mobile. I have received the notification and email that I have transferred successfully. But now I cannot receive other's call or messages and other cannot receive my call and messages. What is that problem?

This may sound silly @Kevinsun but it's happened before. Is your Lucky SIM card still in the phone? Is the Public MObile SIM card in the phone? If it is, then reboot your phone. If you're still having issues, go into your network settings and reset them and then reboot the phone. If that doesn't fully work, can you try your SIM card in a different phone? Sometimes SIM cards need a swift kick to get going.
