I have ordered 2 SIM Cards on November 18th and they still haven't arrived. I don't know where they are because I don't have a tracking number. How do I know if I am going to get them?

HI @isabeljagnow   sim card order via PM site can take as many as 3 weeks.   So, you should get it this week

 

But, you can also open ticket with CS agent and have them to confirm it was shipped

 

Please message them with the order number

Or use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket, and ask them about your sim cards.
