I got a text for a cyber promo and would like to use it. I have been having problems logging in. Its to upgrade from 3G to 4G 20 GB. Please advise. If someone can show me how to get into my account to do this.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

you remember you login email and password?
if not, try Reset Passwrord
If still unable , then open ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

I'm not sure, but if you login to your account at the top right to view your plan and change payment details it will show your plan. Select change plan and then there is an option to select the plan and enter your promotional details.
This should bring you to the login area

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first.
You'll have better success 🙂
