Hi all,
I was just trying to order SIM cards to get started, but the webiste didn't put it through saying that my billing address didnt match shipping address, however they still charged me. WOuld anyone direct me to whom i have to contact in order to find out if my order went through or not?

It says charge didn't work but you were charged, so did they send you an e-mail about the order? If you can use another sim and they send it, maybe let it slide. Otherwise, you need to wait for moderator to refund.
