Hi everyone,I recently purchased a SIM card from Amazon, but I'm having trouble activating it.
It seems like the SIM card has no data on it—my phone can't read it, and I’m unable to manually select a network.
Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

I got it problem, SIM card has problem that my phone can not read SIM data, so I use eSIM card. Now it is working very well

@JiaAn do you have another phone that you can try the SIM card in just to see if it will recognize it? If you get the same message you may have a defective or damaged SIM card. Were you able to go into your Public Mobile account to add the SIM card number to your account?

I try restart my phone so many times but screen show always "SOS"。I try to contact CS_Agent

Did you activate the SIM on the PM app?
Did you reply to the text with YES that you are porting over to PM?
Did you reboot your phone by powering off then back on?
If you did for both then contact a CS_Agent.

@JiaAn when you placed the SIM card in your phone did you try restarting the phone? This may help but if not, what are you seeing on the top of your phone screen, does it show No SIM or SOS or something else?
