SIM Card Has Not Arrived

Hello!

I ordered a SIM card on February 17 and it said it was shipped on February 18, but I still have not received it. Would it be possible to send a replacement SIM card?

It may be easier and quicker for you to ask the CSA for a credit on your account or your account once activated and to submit a copy of your reciept for the purchase of a new unactivated sim card that you buy from a local retailer. Ask customer support if this is agreeable to you.

HI @skylines   SIM usually delivered within a week , maybe two weeks max.  It has been over that.  

 

Please open a ticket with PM Support and check the status:

 

Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. Type: did not receive my sim card
  2. Then click "Contact Us" ,
  3. and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

@skylines  - submit a ticket with CSA to check the status of your SIM card order.
