@SifoFino  The link should take you to a pre-addressed private message page where you just fill in the subject line, explain your problem in the text box, then hit Send.  It should already be addressed to CS_Agent, you shouldn't have to enter it yourself.  Try the link again (you must be logged in to this community for it to work)

thank you for the response & info.

how are you able to access customer service with that link?  I’ve entered CS_Agent as a contact & it does not show up as a contact. I don’t understand why you have that information but it is not available to paying customers.  45 minutes is excessive to spend trying to send a customer support message.

@SifoFino  If it makes you feel any better, your 30 day plan does not start counting down until you activate a sim card, it's not already running as of the first payment.

Not at all @SifoFino  Public Mobile is a 3rd tier service of Telus. I've been with them for over 6 years now.

With the recent Canada Post strike, things get lost in the mail. This is what you do. Here are two options to get a new SIM card. Don't worry about the cost, a CS Agent will gladly credit your account once it's up and running.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

And here is how you get a credit for that SIM card.

You can submit  ticket by direct message:

A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:
