I was talking on the phone one minute and then 30 minutes later, I couldn't make a phone call, nor receive a call.
I had done nothing with my phone , it was beside me as I drove. And I went to make another phone call and i got a message that read "Not registered on network."
I have:
1. turned on and off my phone
2. put the sim in another phone - still can't take/make calls
3. sent and received SMS text messages
I can't understand what suddenly changed while my phone was working perfectly fine one minute and next minute it says "SIM 1 not provisioned" and I can't use my phone for calls.
please help! thank you

Thank you. I appreciate the link. I have had a cs agent look into this now. But thank you again for responding.

Btw I also awhile back took your suggestion to contact a cs_agent and they've looked into the problem. Have said there was a glitch blocking my services and should be fixed in a few hours. So thank you for suggesting that.

@Lsbh2 sim rarely fails, but occasionally it might. Start with asking PM to reprovision the sim, message them here:

Thanks so much. But I tried resetting the network and still no. It's like someone just suddenly cut me off.

If there are no outages in your area. Is looks like you lost data to operate SMS and WhatsApp. Does it work when you are connected to WiFi?
Try resetting the Network setting.

THanks,
But now I can't even send SMS text or whatsapp messages. Everything looks fine in my account - i still have minutes and data. But it's not regsitering my sim to the network.

What plan are you on?
Just login or dial 611 to your account and check the status of your account.
Also check to see if there is an outage in your area:

If your status is Subscribed in the Payment section and you still have minutes in your calling. Contact a CS_Agent by private messaging them on the envelope icon on your computer.
