S25 ultra not working

Hi I just set up my S25 ultra and the app isn't able to log in. Updated as well. Once logged in it doesn't try to load and it goes back to empty user/password.

Please look into this and update it ASAP. Thanks

Same thing happened to my friend that got a new Samsung A35 but he set it to the wrong Time Zone. Once it was set to the correct Time Zone…everything worked fine but all his WhatsApp history conversation was deleted.

Resolved this. Clock was not set due to not being connected. This caused Auth issues or something.

I tried with different wifi.  I can't use data cus I can't connect to my esim. It's only this phone. I tried multiple accounts. It's a brand new phone. I restarted phone. I reinstalled app fresh. Thanks

but the phone works, right? just the app?  Why not use the browser?  the My Account on the browser is as good as the app.  Keep using the app for now

try uninstall and reinstall the app and check if it works

@crispyimmy Have you tried it on another WiFi or Data? Does it work on another device?
