I deactivated an account 3 months. I missed the reactivation within 3 months, it's been 1-2 weeks over. How do I get my old number back?

for a deactivated acct, the number will go back to whichever network had it originally...did you port that number in to PM ? If it was an original Telus / PM generated number, they might be able to get it back. Use this link to message Customer Support to ask. Give them as much info as you can..ie: ph number, name on acct...anything else you have.

added; btw...you need a new sim to start a new account with a new email address now if that account was in fact, deactivated.
