Do you have active service? Do you know your login credentials? (Email and password?) If so log in and have the 2FA code sent to your phone via SMS text message. Enter just the 6 digits and wait 5 seconds to access your account. Follow @softech 's instructions on updating your card info in your account. Once you have successfully updated your payment card go to your profile page and disable 2FA verification.

It’s actually not a bad company if you know what you’re getting when you decide to use their service. Everything is online and is clearly stated on the website.
Use the community to get questions answered. If you don’t like using the website, I’d recommend you try another service provider where you have an agent to talk to.
Good luck.

@jimmy8417 To update credit card info? Maybe try this again yourself and you can do this without waiting for support to reply
Use Incognito mode to login to My Account
then go to Payment page, click Manage Payment Method, the Update Card Information

The Community is a place for all members to ask other members of common issues on PM. This reduces cost of cell phone service…reduce staff labor cost.

You can update your Credit card information yourself from inside your account.
Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode first.
Try again.

First try logging in again incognito there are cache issues
edit to contact a agent
Getting help from agent , through automation
Or get direct help from a agent right here in the community ( my preferred choice )
