Once you confirm you have completed both steps to purchase the 10 Day US Roaming data add on (add funds then choose, confirm and submit your add on purchase) and you see the data counter on your account's overview page....log out and reboot. Ensure :

Please note currently due to the decommissioning of the 3G network in the US by pm's roaming partners at&t has already begun this process but as of March 3rd 2022 still has some areas that are still served by the 3G network. T-Mobile has an end date of July 1st 2022. This will affect the ability of pm customers to send and receive voice calls and emergency service such as 911 while in the US and using pm's US roaming add ons. The current work around is to download a voip app such as textnow or fongo for use while on wifi or mobile data for voice calls when in areas no longer served by the 3G network which will eventually include all areas served by at&t and T-Mobile.

HI @Nissan7 First confirm if you have the add-on added to your account. Login to My Account and check the Plan Details page, you should see the Roaming add-ons there
Reboot the phone once more and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T
If voice is not working, US started shutting down of 3G, which will affect voice calls. But if you are trying to access Data, it won't affect

@Nissan7 You have roaming/data enabled? Try rebooting or toggling airplane mode on/off. Or power down phone and remove SIM and after couple of mins reinsert and reboot phone.
Try manually selecting T-Mobile or AT&T as one may have better reception than the other where you are.

You confirmed you bought US roaming add-on without problem? A reminder , buying add-on is a 2 steps process:
1. load fund, 2.actual buying.
Many people missed step 2
Also, which addon you got? talk? text? data? or combo?
did you try to manually login to AT&T and T-Mobile? Make manual network selection, do not leave it with automatic
if you got data add-on, make sure your Roaming Data is enabled on your device
