When I used to travel down south with the add-on roaming package, restarting my phone usually cleared up any connection issues.

@softech Thank you for clarification.
It is a real mess with PM's US add-on.
What would be Proper advice to customers having issue with US add-on instead of just 'no 3G, no service'?

If this is a US add-on, USA discontinued 3G so it will be very difficult to get any connection. 2G is still availalble and you have to try to manually connect to t-mobile and activate roaming option.

@Aprilg1 which US state and city you are at?
which roaming add-on you got? voice?text?data?
did you try to connect to T-Mobile? this should be your first choice.
And if you roaming add-on you got has Data, make sure you enable Roaming Mobile data on your phone
If T-Mobile is not connecting, try AT&T as well. But many said AT&T is not connecting anymore
