@MJD3 you sure you are not talking about Rogers?  Rogers took money and provide no service and no accountability (they still not explain what happened after over 18 hours)  to their customer

IF you are talking about PM , provide more information.  Did they take money for the new cycle but not reactivating the service? or you are talking about buying add-on?

Do you still see the amount you paid in your balance? If so then you need to go back to purchase add-ons and actually buy the add-on.

Then you will need to try either AT&T or T-Mobile to see if either work. Preferably T-Mobile. You might also want to try setting your phone to 2G-only while on T-Mobile to see if voice works.
