I purchased US roaming talk and text, but the minutes/texts are not showing up in my account

Hi there, yesterday I purchased US roaming talk and text, but when I go to my account it says I have 0 minutes left and -1 messages left (I haven't used any). Why is this not showing up? I'm in the US right now and unable to use my phone for calls or texts.

try using Incognito mode to test

and the number of minues left or -1 message not important as they are unlimited for the 15 days your purchased
