Hi there,
I added add-on data for us. Roaming is on on the phone, it shows lte and provider but there is no internet. I reboot my phone, checked my account - everything seems fine. Why it does not work?

Nothing helped and I got back to Canada. It turned out I bought addon data for Canada not for US.

If your network mode is set to 5G then change it 4G LTE. There was a report earlier about doing that and data worked.

That is weird. This should have worked. I think the next step is to as a CS Agent for assistance.

Tried both. Turned off automatic, selected Tmobile and reboot - no internet. Did the same for ATT. Both networks show excellent reception

Makes total sense! I’ve edited my comment to reflect this. Thank you!

When itn the U.S. the customer shouldn't be looking for or selecting the Public Mobile network. t wouldn't be in the list. Hypothetically, if the custoemr is near the Canada/U.S. border, manually selecting the Public Mobile network would actually disable all U.S. roaming services.

That's not the point @VeraArt You need to go into your settings, turn off automatic and THEN choose Tmobile or ATT and then reboot.

It’s already on T-mobile

@JRod is correct. This would be my advice as well. Try one service provider first. If that doesn't work, try the other. Report back on your findings please.
