Roaming is not working

Hi there,I added add-on data for us. Roaming is on on the phone, it shows lte and provider but there is no internet. I reboot my phone, checked my account - everything seems fine. Why it does not work?

Nothing helped and I got back to Canada. It turned out I bought addon data for Canada not for US.

Tried both. Turned off automatic, selected Tmobile and reboot - no internet. Did the same for ATT. Both networks show excellent reception
