Roaming Charges

Is there a daily roaming charge if I am travelling out of the country (Azores, Portugal) and want to use my phone for texting?

PM provided reaming in USA only (through US add-on). Non of other countries are covered by PM service.

Get free voip app like TextNow or similar for service you require.

For local sim, it will definitely be cheaper to buy locally there, but if you want to get it here first, you can check with mobile shops in your area buy from Amazon, something like this

As mentioned, unfortunately Public mobile does not offer international roaming services, except for US roaming (15 day roaming packages).  Public mobile is a low cost, no frills type of mobile company.  

Cheaper to buy a local SIM card when you arrive to your country.
