I just joined and am having 2 issues
The first is that when I make a call I don't hear the outgoing ringtone, I checked my settings for about phone and it says the the phone number is unknown
The second issue is when I send a group chat the replies come back as individual replies and not to to the group chat. With my previous carrier every time I sent a group chat a brief popup would say converting to MMS, that no longer happens.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

@billa1 A few others have reported the no outgoing ringtone issue. I recall one person posted back that customer support were able to fix it so you might want to open a ticket with them using the chat icon bottom right of this page. If you can't get that to work then send agents a private message using this link

The other problem has come up as well, it sounds to me like it may be a RCS or other setting in the phone but I don't know much about RCS. That's based on some other messaging problems being related to RCS chat and the fact that before it said converting to MMS which implies it was originally in some other format. It could also be that they're coming as SMS of course. Have you tried a different messaging app?
