does someone called moderator exist in PM CS?
I did not find the way to contact such a person
What I found instead, was that in 2 weeks after submitting 12 tickets I am still in the same place (or walking in circle)
Looks like CS agents do not read the content of message carefully (or worse they do not comprehend it)
Considering that the only contact with CSA is by exchanging messages, it can go on forever without finding understanding on the other side (CSA side I mean)
Any advice?

In the past, Public mobile called their customer service ..... moderators. However, they changed the name to customer service agents (CSAs).
It can be a frustrating experience at times, but if you issues are not resolved, you will need to contact to interact with the private messaging system. Try to be as clear and provide as much information in each interaction since it takes a few hours for CSAs to respond and often a different CSA responds.

what is the nature of your problem; maybe we can help instead. If it's an account related prob, then you need to work with Customer Support. The chatbot is the usual way to start working with with Customer Support, but sounds like you've already tried that.Use this link to message 'em...
