Hey
I was advised I switched to the new point system, I didn't. I'm now losing my loyalty & pre-authorized payment rewards. That's $6 per month.
Does anyone know how to correct Public Mobile error?

HI @7227 from what we know, PM won't force people on new rewards, you much have changed by mistake. Sorry, this cannot be rolled back
yes, if you really want to confirm when you changed over, please submit ticket with CS agent , but you really cannot change back to the old system:

@7227 Some people have accidentally switched over to them by mistake … even then unfortunately there’s no reversing the situation so no point in even contacting support but here the link

PM is undergoing a painful "upgrade"...could be you rec'd that message in err unless you actually did opt for Points.
Log in on a laptop, Rewards > Rewards History to see past rewards summary.

It's showing I'm on the new rewards system.
I didn't authorize this, I was happy with the old $ rewards.
Any idea how to connect with support if that even exist?

@7227 If you switched to points from old rewards , you cannot go back to old rewards sorry
Add check your rewards portal see if your on points or $ rewards
