I referred a friend (my wife) in August but I'm not receiving the 1 point/month reward.  Also, I have not received any rewards since November and the same is true for my wife.

Once you get customer support to sort out the missing rewards this thread may help you understand how your points are earned....

@pubpubpub when did your wife join?  it takes around 72 hours for the newly joined to see the $10 showing up as Available fund on My Account

 

for your missing rewards, any chance you moved to Public Points, the new rewards by mistake?? ot any chance you put your account on hold via Lost/stolen earlier??

 

For the missing referrals for your wife , have your wife to open a single ticket for both of your ( but you might want to open your own ticket for you missing rewards for couple months). 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
