Wrong points back

Hello community,

  Just started my plan with Public last month. And the points back for the 2nd month are 50% of those in the 1st month. On the activity page, they both are "10% points back", and I have not changed my plan. How can I get this corrected? Thank you.

Was part of the portion you paid for your plan originating from a credit? Only the actual amount you paid for with your own "money" is eligible for points earning. A screenshot of your payment history will help us determine if you have been shortchanged on your points earned for the plan payment.

Thanks for the info. I paid the same amount of money for both bills. This is resolved, I got a referral credit in my account. Thank you everyone.

@Debugs the points back are on the amount you paid.  So, if your have a $55 but with. a $20 off,  so you paid $35 and the point will be based on $35, not $55
