I referred a friend before September 30th, 2022 and as per your Email sent to me, I was supposed to get $5.00 rewards per month for 5 months as well as my friend. Unfortunately, we never received any rewards for the reference. Hoping you will look into this.

@Zouou Yes, you should both have received the first $5 credit by now if the friend activate before Sept. 30th. If you don't see anything by the end of this week (PM's system seems to delay this credit for some accounts), then I'd submit a ticket to customer support and ask them to have the credit added to the account.

@Zouou First, have your friend to login to My Account and see if he already got the $10 deposited into his My Account as Available Fund. If there is no such $10 there, it could be that the system missed the referral completely
Even he has the $10, but he do not have the $5 monthly extra, have your friend to open a single ticket for both of you with PM. They will confirm and they will fix it on both sides. For your friend to open ticket with PM:
1. If he has access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If he does not have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Did your friend get $10 in his account? Did you see the additional referral in your rewards or points?
