Hey

I've been with Public Mobile for over 3 years. Under the new setup, will I lose my loyalty and pre-authorized rewards each month?

@Johnovich  BS and determination LOL ,,, I’ve been with PM since 2018 so I’ve been able to show some friends that finally learn to stay out a contract that’s there’s better deals to be has here … and as long as PM keeps comming up with awesome plans like the $39 20GB plan makes it easier to do …. But there’s others here I’m sure that have a heck of a lot more Friend  referrals than I do

I was in the same boat as you but with further research it hasn't seemed to effect me either or many other users as well. If you have further issues and you lose your rewards, I'd suggest you to contact the Public Mobile Support Team.

HI @7227 You have to really agree to change to the   the new rewards system yourself, it won't tie with plan change or other changes, at least now

but you said you found out you are in the new system now? as said on your other post, not something you can move back

but try to find out when it was changed

@7227  If your asking will you loose your old rewards to switch to say the $39 20GB plan , then no you won’t loose them you get to keep them I can confirm check it out

Add just be sure to change for next renewal and not immediately or you will loose money on current cycle
