How long does it take to have a reward that you have redeemed to be added to your account it is a us plan how do you know if it has been added to your account

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

@Davids2 Did your rewards points total get 25 deducted? If so, and the add-on does not show up in your Usage Breakdown, something is wrong and you should open up a ticket with a customer agent as suggested by BKNS27 and ask them to fix it.
On the other hand, if the 25 points is still in your total, it means that you did not properly redeem and you will have to do it again. Make sure you click the confirmation at the end of the redemption and look for the email.

use the app to log in to your account. Subscription, click on Usage Breakdown...you should see the 15 Day US Roaming add-on mentioned...if it was purchased successfully.

@Davids2 I've only redeemed for bill credits so not sure about add ons but the bill credits are usually pretty quick. Have you checked the "usage breakdown" in your account to see if it's there? If not and you want to query this with customer service then submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. Do the points seem to have been deducted from your expected total?

From my experience as soon as I convert my points to dollars funds are added to my account. Maybe I have to do one web page refresh but that is all I have to do.

It has been over 24 hours and I have received no confirmation. I used a 25 reward offer for a us mobile plan and have not received the reward yet. What steps should I take?

Usually, you get an email confirming redemption right away.
