When I go to look at my rewards page all I get is a blank screen.  I have waited up to 5 mins with no response.  Do I need to do something else besides clicking on the link?

Hello,

You can try below steps -

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  2. Use a different browser or device.
  3. Disable any browser extensions.

If it still doesn't work, contact Public Mobile support.

Do you click on the link in the pop up? I get blank page when I do that too. Instead use the 3 horizontal lines at the top left or the arrow at the bottom right ( depending on your browser) that brings up the menu. Then click on rewards. That brings up the rewards page with a link to your rewards account that should work for you.
