I had the same issue and clearing cookies for the site cleared it. You can clear the cookies for just the site specifically by clicking the "i" in the top left corner, selecting each of the cookies, and then removing them.

@halifmike Yeah, it seems like a lot of the pages are in bit of a flux. I was able to get the plans page a little while ago and now it's unavailable. There's probably too much traffic because of the change to plans and self serve account. Just be patient and try again later.

It works but you have to be patient and try few different browsers until you get through.
