I’ve gust switched to the new 5G plan for $55 a month with the three month subscription but it only applied my rewards of one month not three. I was supposed to get $4 X3 for the three months so $8 short. The same thing happened to my husband so after he showed this to you he was credited the difference. Can I get a credit for the remaining $8 as well please?

Hi @hTideGnow ,
And this only happens if you switch to a new 90-day plan since the recent launch of the new website and app, is that right?

HI @MajorTalent
this is correct
they charge you the whole 3 months charges in the beginning, give you all the data amount in the beginning, but rewards in 3 payments, first payment couple days after, then every 30 days for the next two

Hi @jordany ,
So if you are on auto-pay and get charged every 3 months for the 90-day subscription, then they credit the rewards monthly? Am I understanding that right? How does that work? Sounds like I would be billed in June and September as per the 90-day cycle, for example, but partially credited for the June payment in June, July and August?

When your husband received the credits, was that before or after the new system was in place?
Payments since the subscription services began was stated to be credited monthly as opposed to the beginning period of a 90 day period.

@Melonie It is confirmed by Oracle that with the new 90 days plan, PM will apply rewards monthly. So, you get your first month rewards now., a second month of rewards in 30 days and finally after 60 days

HI @Melonie this is normal
PM will apply the rewards one month at a time, not all three months rewards
So, you get the first month rewards now, next month, you will get next rewards, and so on
