HI @Willaug56 Rewards will not be added for Change plan now. For plan change, they will only be applied when it is a scheduled plan change for new renewal
But you didn't loss anything. The reward is still in your account, it just that it will be applied later, in your case, in your next renewal

If you changed your plan right away and not at the next renewal date, then that's why rewards where not applied this time. Sorry
You might want to ask for them to get applied manually from CS_Agent
Ask through private message to CS_Agent or ticket system.

Are you on New or Old reward program?
Old ($$) gets processed on renewal day and you can see it in you transaction history.
New (points) you have to collect at least 15 points to trade them for $ and (most likely) manually redeem them before renewal day (plus processing delay).

HI @Willaug56 Are you on the new reward Public Points?
With Public Points, they add the power to the reward system. When you have enough points to redeem, you can redeem with either add-ons or bill credit.
For bill credit, you need to get 15 Points first and then click to redeem for $15 bill credit, and they will add it to your My Account within 48 hours
