I purchased Data Add-ons through rewards and 36 hrs later still not working. I will state that this is my first negative experience with Public mobile having been with them for 5 years however it is a critical one because it relates to people who would be in critical need of a service which they charge for but do not provide in timely manner . I have done all of the solutions reccomended for phone  with no success there is is clearly an issue with Public Mobile "flipping a switch" so to speak betweeen there rewards and services which is quite unfair  to user

when you log in to your account > Rewards >...can you see your points redemption in Recent Activity ?

hi @VAOS 

make sure you don't have data limit enabled, disable it also reboot the phone

if same, login My Account and confirm if you got the correct data addon, many got it wrong, they got the US data addon instead of Canadian 

if you got the correct addon, ask PM agent to check

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
