Hello, I would like to ask a question that might sound weird, am I still able to use the referral code to refer my friend after my friend’s SIM card had been activated?

Yes very good chance, just get your friend to reach out and make sure he just copy and pastes your referral code just to be safe there is no typos or mixed up letters or numbers

Even though your friend already opened account with PM he should ask agent to apply your referral code. Assuming he did not open account months and months ago...

HI @QG1  It's not weird.  Many new customers had that issue.  PM is usually very understanding and they will do the favour to manually apply it back after.  Have your friend to open ticket with CS agent for both of you (yes, one single ticket) 

 

To open ticket with CS agent: 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

if you waiting for your friend maybe you will getting one time credit for $10, and the plus $25 ÷ $5 for 5 month. maybe not getting if past last day SEP 2th.

or you can take from anywhere for refe-a-friend code to use it for now and after your friend activated you can change with CSA.
