I redeemed points and had $45 worth of funds available on my account and when my payment went through it charged my card the full $50 and some change. Is there any way to have the $45 applied and refunded to my credit card? I’m really annoyed that the reward didn’t work as it’s the whole point of being with PM in the first place. Submitting a ticket through the chat feature is not working.
