i redeemed points for data last month and though the points were redeemed, I wasn’t able to use the data. Can I get a refund of points or have it applied to this month’s bill?

@Sbkc , CSA’s do not use this forum. Customers use it to help each other when we’re able to but we do not work for Public Mobile. If the CSA told you to tag them on here in this forum that was incorrect information. Sorry.
Edit: CSA’s only respond back in your Community private mailbox ✉️ at the top right of this page which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar. Which is after when you submit a support ticket to them.

@Sbkc , you purchased the U.S. Roaming Data add-on! Which it’s used when you are in U.S. not Canada! If you read where it shows more details it will tell you that! Sorry 😕 Unless you meant to purchase the U.S. Roaming Data add-on to use in U.S.?
You are looking for the Canadian Data Add-on which will remain on your account until fully used! Read the more details & it will show you more info!

buy submit miy ticket with PM and ask them to reverse the redemption

hi @Sbkc did you get the wrong addon? data addon won't expire unless you got IS roaming data addon
but if you cannot use it? submit a ticket with CS agent for help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

I did all of the troubleshooting before trying to reach out; nothing worked and now the reward has expired 😞

hi @Sbkc you might need to reboot the phone once
and login My Account again with Incognito/private/secret mode and check if PM has deposited the new data . Sometimes it takes longer
and make sure your phone not data limit set
