I went to Shoppers Drug Mart and bought 4 $40.00 vouchers, 2 went into the wallet, and the other 2 could not be loaded.
I bought them on Saturday in Whitby on 3100 Garden Street, Reference # 105379.
The 2 vouchers that did not load 1) Blackhawk ID# xxxxxxxxxxxx Pin#1xxxxxxxxxxx 2) Blackhawk ID#xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, pin # xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Could you please look into this matter and put the balance ($80.00) into my wallet.
Could you also explain why this happen as I usually load this account so there is enough money for a couple of years.

dial 611 to hear current plan status and to add the vouchers to your account.
adding...best not to add too much to your account. If you ever decide to leave Public Mobile, you'll lose whatever balance is in your Available Funds...and there's no refunds either. Best to use valid Cdn payment card....Visa / MC.

vouchers from drug mart should be good and can be used immediately
ask PM to check for you first
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

you use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen . If that dosent work you can instead send a private message To CS_Agent
