Just downloaded the app, set up the account, downloaded the esim and did the landline transfer. The esim load failed as well as adding the number to my iphone. To get back into my account it wants to confirm my identity by sending a text to the number I transfered which is not active and no esim. And the only way to get any support is by posting. The chatbot is no help.

I do have an account, PM got my name and credit card info. Can logon to PM on my computer but not my cell as it wants to confirm my identity to the land line number I transferred to PM that isn't working because the esim install failed.

Click on the envelope in the bottom right corner for help and follow the prompts to get help and you will be good
