I have been trying to activate my account for a bit now but it keeps saying “Subscription not activated”. It also tells me to find a customer service agent, but i just get stuck in the same circles with the AI. Any suggestions?

don't use AI chatbot, ask PM to help to resolve.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
