try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

But if same, use the IMEI checker to see if your phone is on PM's VoLTE whitelist:

What phone do you have? are you in Manitoba?  check if your phone is VoLTE whitelisted, if not, it is a compatibility issue with Public Mobile.  Use the IMEI checker here:
