I was referred by another public mobile member, it's been a month but both of us did not any credit for credit, wondering what happens?

HI @Tony000 It usually take only 72 hours for the one who joined PM with the code to see the $10 in My Account's Available Fund. If it has been a month, the fund could have been used for renewal. But check payment history and see if there is ever a $10 added to your My Account

the friend who referred you, should look in his Rewards to see if the Points were added. He should have rec'd a text from PM indicating you signed up using his their code. You should log in to your new PM account to see if $10 was added to your account.

Common mistake with referral codes with letters O, I and S gets mixed up with numbers 0, 1, and 5 if input wrong.

Hello! I’m sorry to hear that the referral didn’t work for your friend and you. The only option is to reach out to support and explain the situation. They might be able to apply the referral for you now but it’s up to the agent.
