If you just made that mistake . Don't wait too long and reach out to a Customer Support Agent to get that purchase reversed or ask for a credit.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started.
Or send a private message to CS_Agent

This way it can be used toward a future renewal.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
