Reward Points Discrepancies

Hi,

I need some help with my account. I got an email this past Sunday that I had 31.60 points to use. However, when I logged in, it says I have 6 points only. 

I have not redeemed any points in the past, so I’m not sure why I’m missing 25+ points.

Please help. Thanks!

@DennyCrane   Yes they do email with the current balance periodically, at least I get them.

I didn't think Public Mobile emailed us to remind us of the points we had. I always assumed they wanted us to forget about them.
