I put the funds on my Public Mobile account to cover my monthly plan. Then when I went to activate the plan I accidentally charged my bank account again. So now the $50 is sitting in my account I need reversed back into my bank

Just leave funds on your account as it will take longer or same time to get refund than new renewal date to arrive.

The good news is if you leave it in your available balance, you won't be charged again until after Christmas.

@Jd86 It can take up to 30 days to get a refund. As noted by @softech and @Metal1967 you are better off leaving it if you can, on your account. It will be used to pay next month. If you want the refund processed you will need to contact a customer service rep.
You can contact a Customer Service Rep one of 2 ways.
1. At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.

@Jd86 it's better to leave the amount in My Account's Available Fund. It will be used for renewal in the future

@Jd86 By the time a reversal is done .. if possible.. will probably be near your next renewal date.. may aswell leave it there for next payment
