Hello, I want to return and get a refund for the refurbished phone that I purchased with Public Mobile. It has been less than 30 days since my order on Dec 26 2020, and so I fall under the category of receiving a full refund. The phone is broken and will not stay on, it just crashes. I sent an email to the appropriate email address for returns, (device.return@publicmobile.ca) but I have had NO responses to my email. When will someone get back to me? I don’t want more than 30 days to go by as I want a full refund. Thank you. Can someone please help me???

1. You are doing the right thing by email your intention to return your phone.
2. You are documenting here that you want to return your phone for refund before the 30days full refund deadline.
I have not double that you will get your refund. That office may be slow to response. Someone was in the same situation last few days and was reported getting are reply after a long wait.

You can only wait. Be sure to keep a copy of your email requesting the return.
Give a week, and if you have had no response open a trouble ticket.

Unfortunately that is the correct email and they are the only ones that can help you regarding the return of a phone.
Did you send all the info that is requested?
If so. Give it sometime and they will get back to you.

@Kelsey8 You have done your part by sending the email to initiate the return process. If PM takes longer then necessary to reply that's on them not you. You have proof of the sent email so you are covered.
